Usinge Edit in Excel

I get this error loading custemore- and vendor tables

but not when I loading Ledger- and Item Tables

Same use login

Error Loading Metadata Details:

Please check server connection, verify the current user has proper access, and try again.

server could not be found / customer pager not found
