Could you please give some more information what you want to remove basically. You can remove any component from the solution , if the component already exists in target environment in same solution you can follow below procedure .

Is there any way to remove all the customization[except the OOB], on an entity.
I don't think so , you need to remove/delete manually by sorting component with solution publisher name.
