Hey USA80 - each email has a set of detailed insights that you can use to track their sending. You can also create powerBI reports to create a notification center to track your campaign sending and responses.

Could you share more details about your requirement -> Track all emails sent in ‘notification center’?
If it means that embedding a form on a page which is called 'notification center',
people will receive an email once they submitted the form, and you want to data of track delivered email such as deliverey, blocking or any link in email has been clicked,
then you can build an inbound customer journey to achieve it.
In short, email activities are traceable.
