Getting mail to approver to approve the PO, but mail link is not showing in mail.

Using NAV 2013, installed web client and web client link is working fine. Approval setup is done. 
Created a PO and send for approval process is done. 
Approver getting the email notification in his outlook. 
But the link is not showing in mail. Pls suggest whether missing any setup.
