We're on F&O 10.0.0.23 in cloud and running procurement in F&O. We're about to embark on the sales functions
Currently our B2B customer enter orders in a web portal to view available inventory, place orders and check order status
We're trying to decide whether to integrate the existing portal with D365, or whether to connect directly to D365. The latter is preferred, as long as pricing is reasonable
One thing we would like to do is use something like inventory status to limit what some customers see. We have our own retail locations (who are treated as B2B customers) and other retail locations that are not owned by us. We only want to make 40% of our produced product available to external customers, So if we produce 1,000 units 400 should be visible for 3rd parties and all 1,000 should be visible to our retail location. Sales for our own retail locations should use "internal" inventory first and then "external" when the 600 internal are depleted
Wondered what Microsoft options are available and what the licensing cost is. Also, are there any good 3rd party options?
