Best way to find a good RMS Support and Implementation Partner

Posted on by Microsoft Employee

We are looking for a Microsoft Dynamics RMS/AX certified partner.  Will especially concentrate on their knowledge base, support staff and hours, and customer service.  Does anyone have any good recommendations on where to start?

    Fernando,

    Thanks for the kind words.

We are in the middle of a website re-design, so its not worth going to it right now.

    Hi LaDenna.

We are not certified for AX yet, but are for RMS for about 10 years.

Contact me by clicking on my name above to discuss our Support offerings.

    We offer a monthly 24/7 phone/email/remote plan at $50 per month/store and/or a Pay Per Incident @ $75 per incident.

We are in the Las Vegas, NV area, but with our remote access, we handle stores all across Canada and the U.S. for both training and support.

    Ladenna, Thanks for posting this.

We are also looking for RMS support so I will monitor this posting. I hope it is a good idea to tag along to this post. If not, I will move all to its own post. We are:

    - in the North Georgia, Cumming/Dawsonville GA area

    - ABBA House, a non-profit women's facility (http://www.abbahouse.com/)

(focused on "helping broken women be made whole" by helping them break free from addiction and abuse)

    - We have 2 Thrift Stores, 3 registers, both using MS RMS

    - We use only the basic features and only need support 2-4 times a year.

    - we had a very expensive support contract that we could not justify and had to let lapse. We are willing to pay for support.

    - we now have a great IT guy (me :-)) that is not familiar enough with RMS to provide the support needed. But  trying very hard.

There are quite a few good RMS partners that monitor this forum, they should reply over the next few days. Off the top of my head I can think of Checkpoint Software (Jeff Hobbs) and RITE (Ryan Sakry); RITE's web site is www.rite.us, I don't have Checkpoint's web site. Good luck in your search.

In Atlanta, GA we have used Falcons Nest Business Solutions - Paul Husted, for over 6 years.  He is great!
