I cannot get the
To work in Retail POS (ePOS)
Item is set in the alternative product field and set to always replace, but in POS when i enter the item id set to be replaced, nothing happens.
I can see that the data is synced to local POS database in the store.

Sorry for the delay but I just saw this post.
Can you let me know what version of AX 2012 R3 you are using?
Also, what type of item is this and what steps did you take to add the alternative item?
