DIXF - Purch Table entity is creating a new address record for every new purchase order, though the address is same

Hi,

I am migrating around 600 PO's and for every new PO, system is creating a new address record in Vendor addresses though for couple of Po's its the same address.

Is that how standard AX 2012 R3 CU11 should behave? 

There is no customized code. it doesn't make sense that 600 vendor addresses get created where there could be many duplicates too.

    Good Morning Lakshmi,

    In CU10 there was a similar issue related to sales orders that has been fixed with the following hotifx

    KB 3058478Duplicate customer delivery address is imported after importing sales orders through DIXF

    What you describe sounds very similar but for purchase orders and I suspect that this is also caused by a bug.

    If you see the same problem in a different machine - in other words, if you can replicate the issue - then I would suggest that you open a support case with MS.
