Is it possible to create and post an physical inventory journal without run the feature "calculate inventory"?

Yes, you can. But, you have to mark field 'Phys. Inventory' on each line. This field is not on page/form by default. It marked field indicates that this line was created from the Phys. Inventory Journal.
Thank you for your help, But please can you tell me how to add this field on page form.

Go to Development Environment and find this page (page ID 392). Open this page in design. In Repeater part, insert new field and find "Phys. Inventory". In this field Properties, you need to change value in Editable field from FALSE to TRUE. You can try to see with Preview command. You need to compile this object and after that, you can use it.
