We are receiving a lot of questions from customers regarding to new methodologies go project management: Agile, Scrum, Releases, Squad...
They understand the business value of the tool, but they fell like we are managing project with some concepts from the past.
Any advise or comments to personalize those concepts in the tool?

I have the same question and for me it is how to setup and manage Agile based projects using Project Operations to assign the resources and manage the overall project.
E.g. how do enter sprints, sprint tasks, view burn down rates/charts, adding recurring activities, etc.
