Hello,

We are receiving a lot of questions from customers regarding to new methodologies go project management: Agile, Scrum, Releases, Squad...

They understand the business value of the tool, but they fell like we are managing project with some concepts from the past.

Any advise or comments to personalize those concepts in the tool?

    Hi,

    Is this a general question about which project methodology to use for an implementation or are you looking for specific setup options in Dynamics 365 Project Operations?

    I have the same question and for me it is how to setup and manage Agile based projects using Project Operations to assign the resources and manage the overall project.

    E.g. how do enter sprints, sprint tasks, view burn down rates/charts, adding recurring activities, etc.
