Is it possible to deploy Excel/SSRS reports to BOTH Sharepoint and shared folders?

I'm being asked if it's possible to deploy these reports both ways. Specifically, we want to deploy Excel reports for one of the companies as a shared folder, but for an international company on Sharepoint.

Thanks.

    Dee,

I have never done what you're describing, but I have deployed SSRS reports to multiple servers.  So, it stands to reason, you could deploy SSRS reports to both Sharepoint and Native SQL.

I think this is possible to deploy SSRS reports to both SharePoint and Shared Folder.

First try to deploy any sample SSRS reports in Test server to SharePoint and Shared Folder and then check the same.

    Hope this helps!!!

Maybe I am missing something but how could you do this when you only can have URL in the Reporting Tools Setup window? Or are you guys saying you have deployed them to one location, then change the location in the Reporting Tools Setup and then deployed them again?

I can not speak for other respondents, but you correctly surmised how I did it.  Once deployed, the SSRS reports become independent of Dynamics GP, and Security and Modifications are handled through SSRS/Visual Studio.

I was going to add something about new companies being created complicating this approach a little, but figured that was implied.

You can deploy srs reports to different locations as many times as you like.  Keep in mind that any reports that are visible within GP will be from the url that is currently in Reporting Tools Setup.

    Thanks

    Rob
