Hi all,

I have a Dynamics CRM 2013 and upgraded to the latest version 9.0.24.8. After that, I found the quick view form with a subgrid cannot display normally on the entity form. If I expanded the tab by default and refresh the form, it will be fine. I would like to know whether it is a known issue and any plan to fix it.

Hello,

In the form editor, try to put the tab as expanded by default where the quick view exists and test if it will work

Yes, I always have doubts about updating to the latest version and I usually use lower versions.

Maybe it is a new bug to the latest version, I am not sure.

my update path: CRM 2013->CRM 2015->CRM 2016->D365 8.2-> D365 9.0

I have restarted my web server and tried it does not work.

Did you update directly to this version?

Did you not get a result by resetting IIS on the server?
