How to identify my post in community forum

In the community forum, I used to see my post in "My Discussion" place. But now the forum is updated newly. My post is segregated with "Question" and "Discussion". Where can I find my existing post and new post.  Mostly I am posting in Question post only.

    Hi Saratha,

    Please follow the steps below to get your posting history.

    1) Click on the account picture in the top right corner and click on Profile.

    2) Click "My Overview".

    3) Click on "Forum Replies" to view your replies. Click on "Forum Threads" to see the themes you posted (including questions and discussions).
