i can't connect to AX through RDP

hi all ,

any one can help to solve this issue 

normally i connect to ax through RDP Directly 

before few days i face problem with RD Licensing 

here is screen shot from  RD Licensing Diagnoser

    Your question doesn't seem to be related to Dynamics AX. I suggest you try the TechNet forum about Remote Desktop Services.

    Hi Ekrami,

    Just run the RDP as Administrator that should take care of it.

    Using Remote Desktop for a Terminal Server or a Remote Desktop Connection Host requires licenses purchased from Microsoft either per device, or per user. You need a license server to handle the connection requests, which validates if the device or user connecting to the host is entitled to that based on the purchased license.

    Windows Server comes with a 90 days grace period for the license to try it out, maybe it has expired for you.

    Have you purchased the licenses, and configured the license server correctly?

    If not, then that is your issue. You can find further information and help on forums which are more suitable for your question, since this forum is about AX.
