Changing font size to very large in google chrome not reflecting in website

As part of accessibility testing, we have to change the browser font size to "Very Large". When I do this, it's not reflecting in my CRM Dynamics Portal websites. Is there a known issue with changing the browser font size or are there other settings I should be changing in the actual admin backend? Thanks
