Sales accelerator - Sequences setup

Hello,

I'm working on sales accelerator configurations and I'm kind of stuck in the sequences part.

Here is what I'd like to achieve :
- When a lead meets the segmentation and assignment rules, I'm assigning it to 1 sales person in charge on reassigning to the right sales perosn within the region
- That reassigned sales person is expected to qualify / disqualify the lead

Now back to sequences, how to handle different lead owner within a sequence ? Basically I'd like to :
- Create a task for sales person 1 to tell her/him to do the reassignment
- Wait step 1 day
- Create a task for sales person 2 to tell her/him to qualify/disqualify

Is that achievable?

Thank you,
I have the same question (0)

Unless (and I think that is a yes), that the first step of the sequence will still be available to the reassigned sales person within sales accelerator?

     Hi,

    Unfortunately, this cannot be achieved.
After testing, Sales Accelerator's My Work List only displays Leads that belong to myself.
As soon as I assign the lead to another salesperson, the lead disappears from the Work List.

Unable to proceed to the next steps.

    Best Regards,

Thank you for your answer Dengliang Li.

So basically, the activities linked to the lead you reassigned also got "transferred" to the newly assigned sales.

The only issue is that that newly assigned sales is not properly notified he/she has a new lead to work on.
