Not able to print work work orders

I have entered this issue again. Our company is still not able to print work orders. We note changes have been made to CRM, which seems to have affected the option to printer work orders.

I have reached out to Microsoft 365 team and I have not gotten anywhere, it seems the team in India is clueless about what happened. they have not been able to assist me.
