My CRM Registration Tool can not log in CRM online

Hi,

I have created a CRM online trail version and it works fine,

I also downloaded a CRM Registration Tool (version #: 9.0.0.9525 32bit) to connect this CRM online, Chose: "Don't know", and outlook email address with the password which as the user email and password when log in the CRM trail version. but I got error below:

    Hi Peter,

    Did you try to configure   <add key="SkipDiscovery" value="True" /> ?

    Did you try to collect https traces using Fiddler? Is there any additional relevant error in fiddler logs?

    Hi Roberto, I have just tried to add <add key="SkipDiscovery" value="True" /> as below:

    <appSettings>

       <add key="MaxCrmConnectionTimeOutMinutes" value="20"/>

       <add key="SkipDiscovery" value="True" />

     </appSettings>

    Since I have  <add key="MaxCrmConnectionTimeOutMinutes" value="20"/>, I even removed it and only kept <add key="SkipDiscovery" value="True" /> in my <appSetting>

    it still does not work, same error

    I will try Fiddler and if it works, I will let you know then.

    HI,

    Try downloading latest SDK tools from below location.

    http://xrm.tools/

    And make sure you select Don't Know in region dropdown while connecting to CRM from PRT.

    Hi Bipin, thank you for your help, actually, my Plugin Registration Tool was downloaded from the same site as you posted,

    But anyway, I totally removed the original download and redownload it again from your URL, unfortunately, I have the same error, any idea more?
