Sub grid custom button not visible in dashboard

Hi, I have 2 custom buttons on opportunity subgrid, these 2 buttons are visible on the contact entity opportunity sub grid. I have a dashboard with the opportunity sub grid in it. It is not visible in the opportunity sub grid. Has anyone experienced this issue before. Please help!
