
Issue Description : We are facing an issue which is related to Images in CRM Email Templates (basically these images will be festival related images). Now whenever the email is triggered the images are not visible to the recipients. We have also noticed that the images are visible for 3-4 hrs. to the recipients and also in the Email template after that it is not visible.
Steps we use to Configure the Images on CRM Email Template :
Can you please help to let us know and understand that the above steps we are performing to add Images to the CRM Email Templates is correct? Or is there any other approach to do this, to avoid the issue we are currently experiencing. Also, Client has only agreed to use Sharepoint Site for uploading the Festival Related images.

I have the same question (0)As long as the image path is accessible from your clients network, the images should display fine in the email.
I would do some tests outside of your client's network to make sure the images are displayed all the time. If this is confirmed, you can rule out the issue is caused by firewall, proxy or other related network settings of your client's network and you will have to do further investigation with the help of your client to find out where its begin blocked.
Just to give you a clue, normally, If the URL has a non-standard port number, firewall could easily block
