Hi,

We are seeing large number of records populated on EVENTCUD table even after the deletion of all the alert rules, deleted all the records from EVENTCUD table and SysFlushDatabaseLogSetup was executed to clear database log cache.

I suggest check the database log for orphaned records and delete any you find then re-run

SysFlushDatabaseLogSetup::main();
