CIL compile error AX 2012 R3 Source array was not long enough error!

Running AX 2012 R3 kernal 6.3.164.0  on Win 2012 R2 datacenter on a azure virtual machine 

CIL generation: Line Number 28 - Line Number 30 - Source array was not long enough. Check srcIndex and length, and the array's lower bounds.

CIL generation: Line Number 52 - Source array was not long enough. Check srcIndex and length, and the array's lower bounds.

CIL generation: Line Number 33 - Source array was not long enough. Check srcIndex and length, and the array's lower bounds.

Does anyone experienced this before?

    Hi,

    This is quite popular issue with CIL :( Usually "Compile application" (X++) solves the problem. And better run it from AX client (axbuild.exe is not very helpful in such cases)

    I had to drop the VM altogether where I had originally installed R2 (rapidstart and excel were working beautifully) just because of num sequence issue, I had to drop and went to R3 - encountered issues. Then decided to kill the VM and spin off another one. it took  me literally two days to compile and do with everything.

    Hi Ninzer,

    I agree with Oleg,

    dsin.wordpress.com/.../dynamics-ax-cil-generation-source-array-was-not-long-enough-check-srcindex-and-length-and-the-arrays-lower-bounds

    Compile will solve the issue.

    I am experiencing the same problem

    "Source array was not long enough. Check srcIndex and length, and the array's lower bounds."

    full compile isnt solving this issue
