In our current CRM we use a custom object to record and share meeting notes. I've seen, but haven't tried the Teams integration where it will provide a transcript of a meeting. It also seems to allow highlighting of particular snippets of the call. Has anyone used this or something similar to document important sales meetings that need to be shared with others within the company.
I don't think the out of the box appointments is going to get the job done for our specific needs.
