Hi all,
if a user leaves the company or changes the business are and does not work any more with Dynamics sales we reject the license from the user and the security group membership.
User management shows now the information, that the user is not managed in Office 365 any more, but we still find the user an "activated users". His mailbox is also still active.
How is ensured that existing mailbox serverside sync will stop the synchronization when the user looses the access to the environment?
