'UPR_WORK_PAY_TYPE' ON Dynamics GP Payroll Run

Posted on by 6
Hello,

I'm in dire need of assistance. I was running payroll in Microsoft Dynamics Small Business Manager and went to build the checks and my computer crashed. When I restarted the system, I was able to delete the batch and start over. However when I went to build the new batch, this error popped up. 'UPR_WORK_PAY_TYPE'
Every time I delete the batch and create a new one, all the old transactions from deleted batch pop up in there. How do I find those batches to make sure they are deleted??

I am currently on the 2010 Version of Dynamics.

Our server is windows 2000. Yes, I know, ancient.

Any information would be greatly appreciated.

Thank You!!!

Sits S.

    Hello,

What is happening is you have stuck record in the Payroll Work Tables due to the crash. What you will need to do is go through the article below to clean up any stuck records.

Once the article above has been completed, try the process again.

    I hope this helps!

    Thank you!
