Hi Experts,
We changed our domain and user id now , there is any possibility to bring security roles from old domain (ABC ) domain (xyz) for all user. If not i think i will do it manually. I will watch old domain(ABC) users one by one and assign that roles to new domain(xyz) users.

In your current situation, you can consider writing a script (job with x++) to move the security role assignments, but also take care of the organization assignments per user/role as well. At least, you need to know how to link the old user to the new user. If there is no clear link, you can't use a script.
Also note that there is a user/person relation which needs to be updated to the new user.
When possible, I would recommend to change the old user setup to the new domain like mentioned by Martin. It saves a lot of work and the risk of having too wide access for several users if you don't copy all assignments 1:1 (automated or manually).
Does it mean that the answer to my first question is "yes"?

Does it mean that you dupllicated all users and now you want to duplicate all role assignments? Why didn't you simply update existing users, which would allow you to keep all setup in place?
