Hello, I'm trying to create a workflow to send notifications when a new Item is created and when an Item Status changes. What am I missing?

On the filter, I tried to select the status available and for the date created /T/

I have the same question (0)

Hi, as far as I know, the initiation conditions of Workflow in NAV all require a click action, Send Approval Request, and there is no way to automate it.

The filter you are trying to add now is just to narrow the scope, not to initiate the workflow when these conditions change.

If you have special needs, you can try customizing.

Basically I'm trying to get notifications when a NEW ITEM is created or when the ITEM STATUS Changes, is there any other place I could look into?

Hi, unfortunately, as far as I know it needs to be customized in NAV. It can be done easily in BC using Power Automate.
