Does anyone have a case where they wanted to show the satisfaction metrics from Customer Voice in the related Dynamics 365 entity.
For our company we want to do regular survey's on certain contacts which are extracted from our "Contact" entity stored in the dataverse. However, we also want to be able to see this on the contact form (I know you can see on the timeline and go in from there), this could be showing i.e. the new "Custom score" and that result in the main form.
Have anyone tried this or knows how this can be done?
- the satisfaction metrics for the survey is stored in "satisfaction metrics value" field on survey response. Survey response is linked to contact as an activity (joined through activityparty table). I think if you would like to surface on contact form, you can consider to create a custom field on the contact entity then use power automate workflow to update the field when there is a new response by parsing the satisfaction metrics value from the survey response.
