Hi,

Getting below error wile assigning AD Group in approval user in a workflow

Stopped (error): X++ Exception: Failed to create a session; confirm that the user has the proper privileges to log on to Microsoft Dynamics 365 for
Finance and Operations.

Hi Ashutosh,

Can you clarify what exactly you did setup on the workflow assignment? When you are using Azure AD groups for granting permissions and not directly assigning the roles in Dynamics 365 to the users, then indeed the workflow can't find the users as it is checking only direct role assignments and it is checking for details in Azure AD.
