How to use the MemoryStream in AL in NAV 2018

Hi,

I've created a control signature add-in in NAV 2018 which uses javascript. I've created a canvas and I'm able to draw on the canvas. But I'm facing issues as to how shall I save the data to table using AL.
Earlier in NAV 2017 we've used a .NET variable to get the data through MemoryStream. Thus, I'm not sure how to do the same in AL. Kindly guide.

    Actually you don’t have System.IO in AL. The reason? Security in the cloud.

    Hi,

    I've created a DataUri for the canvas and then pass the DataUri as text. I want to know if we can store the DataUri in NAV

    You can store it as a BLOB and reconvert to DataUrl when needed:
