Hi every body

could you please help me about delivery terms in the process of transfer order in a load and creation fright bill invoice?

now after creation of TO i need to put delivery terms in three places header of TO, after release to warehouse in the shipment and in the segment info in the route.

how can i decrease these steps for entering delivery terms?

i select this tick in the delivery terms "add transportation charges to orders".

Thanks for your answer.you know that the behavior of system in PO is different with To.in PO when i fill the delivery terms in the header it shows in the load-shipment tab. but in TO we need to put in the three places, filling in the header of TO has effect on the freight bill , it means without filling we can not generate freight bill, filling in the route-segment has effect on the Miscellaneous charges, it means that if we do not fill, it does not show the Miscellaneous charges.

Hi Sepideh,

Is charges not working if you don't specify in all three places? Also try to specify prior to PO release so it carrier the delivery term along with it and see if that helps.
