Does anyone know what the filter logic is on the Social Pane for accounts or how I can view it?
I am trying to determine why certain activities show up here versus others.
Hi,
We can show configure different activities to show in filter using "Activities Tab Properties", you can go to form and click on activities tab properties where you can see filter activities. You can select all activities here to show in filter. Thank you.

By default it will be modified on, so this is why you may see an email from 2 weeks ago suddenly showing as today because someone replied to the email and therefore updated it.
