Document (Files) tab doesn't show

Hello,

We have the last update of Microsoft installed, but I still cannot see the "Files" tab showig for these entities: Contact, Opportunity, Lead & Account.

I found that it should be automatically displayed after the update wave 2 of 2019, and we just have to change the name if needed, but somehow, I cannot see the tab.

Is there any configuration that I have missed?

Thank very much!

I have the same question (0)

    Hi,

Please check if you are using the OOB managed form. Normaly, you don't need any configuration.

    Hi Mehdi,

    Thank you for your answer!

No I am using a custom unmanaged form, so I suppose it is not supported? Right?

    Thank you!

    Hi,

It's supported !  You can add it using the new form editor.

    Refer to this blog:

    Hi Mehdi,

    Yes it works perfectly.

I am just not able to add documents directly in CRM. I think the reason is that no location is enabled in my Dev. Will try when it is in Production.

    Thank you very much!

Here is a recent write up on how to add a SharePoint Document Management "Files" Subgrid using the Power Apps form designer.  Also how to set the Default View to the "Document Associated Grid"
