How to retrieve corresponding managing agency properties and addresses only

Hello, 
I have external management agencies that manage multiple properties. So I am looking to allow them such functionality on the Power Apps portal page, so that it will allow them to display their corresponding properties and relative addresses only to select. FYI, properties and Addresses are two separate lookup fields. Could be some other types too to achieve functionality. Please suggest how I can achieve it.
