Colleagues, we need your help. The Task is very critical and urgent for us and for our Customer.
One of our key Customer purchased CRM along with a license key.
When purchasing a CRM, a license key is attached. This key is entered when installing CRM.
But now, when we try to enter this key number, an error is thrown - perhaps the reason is that the version CRM has been updated and a new key is needed.
We got the possible solutions:
1.link to generate keys (mbs2.microsoft.com/.../login - but it doesn't work
2. link to create an official request to Microsoft (mbs.microsoft.com/.../CRMSupport).
