Colleagues, we need your help. The Task is very critical and urgent for us and for our Customer.
One of our key Customer purchased CRM along with a license key.
When purchasing a CRM, a license key is attached. This key is entered when installing CRM.
In the process of work, the Customer, having an active license subscription, updated the solution (Dynamics 365) to a new version (from version 8.0... to version 8.2.10.24).
At the moment, the Customer want to change the CRM configuration, but in order to do this, the same wizard is launched as during the installation, and again the license key is asked (to enter).
But now, when we try to enter this key number, an error is thrown - perhaps the reason is that the version CRM has been updated and a new key is needed.

In this regard, could you please help me - how I can create an official request to Microsoft to (re)generate the required key?
I will be very grateful if this is done as soon as possible. The question is very critical for the client and for us.
