We are not able to see the times when we received or sent emails in the timeline of our cases. All other actions are showing time and date.
As shown in my example below, everything in the timeline but emails are showing time/date.
Is this a setting?

You can check it as following steps:
1.Go Power Apps: https://make.powerapps.com/
2.Choose correct environment and expand 'Data', click 'Tables' and select 'All' to show all tables
3.Find Case and move to Forms to open the form you need:
4.Click Timeline control:
5.Click 'Email' under 'Activities' to configure email form:
6.Open 'Configure form for Email' dialog:
7.Click 'Done' button to close dialog, then save and Publish it.
