conversation error while converting production database from bacpac to .bak file.

Dear All,
 
I have an issue while converting D365 FO .bacpac file into dev environment for sql.
how we can solve it, any idea.

    It's not a conversion error. The message says that you can't log into SQL Server because of a problem with a certificate.
