Link e-mails from Outlook to customer card in Business Central

I got a question from a client if it is possible to link an  e-mail from Outlook to customer card in Business Central?

    I do not think you can do exactly what you are asking for. But there is a pretty neat Outlook add-on for Business Central that offers a lot of nice functionality for handling e-mail and Business Central.

    Hi, BC cannot be directly connected to Outlook like Sales.
    But if it is sent by BC, this can be done.
    Adding a Factbox to display the sent email (Link between mails and source entities)
     
    PS:
    Log emails using a shared mailbox and Graph API (Track email exchanges in BC)
     
    Add email attachments to Business Central records in Outlook (Outlook add-in)
