Hi Sadiq,
As others Suggested By standard there is Test Report only. For more you need to contact your Nav Partner if they customised for you.

It depends on localization database you are using as vouchers are need to be developed as per requirement.
You can check Preview functionality from NAV.

There is only a Test Report on General Journal. As my experience (we do for our customers), you need your NAV Partner create these vouchers (reports) for you.
