Dynamics 365 Dynamic Marketing List - how to and comparison with Static Marketing List

Hi everyone!

I am keen to learn more about the creation and management of Dynamic Marketing Lists. Can you recommend any handy online reference guides, instructions, quick launch guides or blog articles?

(I am aware that you can also use a Dynamic Marketing list to create a Static Marketing list and am keen to learn more about this as well.)
