Mangement Reporter Designer not Open

Dear All :

Good Day. We are using D365 FO On Prim . We made a version Upgrade on sandbox environment from Ver 24 to Ver 38. After Upgrade , there an error message while launching Management Reporter Designer , an error Message appears :

I checked server event Viewer but cannot find exactly what's the issue :

Can any body help me how to solve this error ?

Please raise a ticket to MS, they will probably provide the script to fix this issue.

Having read a few posts and MS docs, it couple be any number of reasons, there's a list of things to try on MS Learn, and members have previously reported these solutions working for F&O, despite the title being GP/2012:

Also try checking Client and Server versions, update client and server edge versions, check client and server time are withing 5 mins of each other.
