Hi,

I have been trying to design a new role center ribbon. I want to group actions by segment, and for that i am using ActionItems in Page Actions. In preview mode it looks perfect, but when I run role center - different items fall out of the group - nothing like preview.

Tried to play with identing, but it is not working.

Help out, its driving me crazy :(

Hi,

This could be due to customisation that has been done from the front-end. Have you tried Restoring Defaults? Also this could be due to customisation done against the profile and not your user. Therefore if Restoring Defaults does not work, try creating a new profile and using your role center for that profile. This way you would eliminate the possibility that it has been caused by customisation from the front end.
