Not able to enroll benefit in employee self service

Not able to enroll benefit in employee self service, getting this error "Form BenefitESSBenefitsWorkspace requires an active buffer of type Benefit Period Employee".

    Hi John,

    If you go to ESS >Benefits > Benefits Self Service > 

    Note: If there is no Period available and If you click OK then you will get an error.

    Please see the below screenshot.

    Go to ESS >Benefits > Benefits Self Service > There should be an option to select Period.

    For example. Something like this.

    Once you click on Period then only you can see Employee benefits.

    In my case, there is no data.
