Is there an easier way to know item posting of certain item ?

Hi,

To look for Item posting setup, I usually go to Released product -> look for the item -> look at its Item Group, then View Detail (or just click the item group specified). Which will come into this screen ->

Question is, is there an easier way to look at the item posting ? For example, I want to let my user knows some item will goes to which account, for example for them when create Movement Journal.

Any advice ?

Hi,

I think you can create alert rules that alert users when an item posting to let users know what happened to the item.

Or you can customize a user interface to extract data from the corresponding table and display it on the page, which is more intuitive
