Adding Knowledge Article Relationship to Account Form Navigation

I have been asked to add Knowledge Articles to Related tab on the Account form.  I do this in the normal way of opening the account form, click Navigation, double click the available relationship and it appears in the Common Group.  But after save and publish the change does not show when opening a account record.  interestingly, this is already in place on contact form.

Would anyone know how I can achieve this change?

    Hi Matt,

    can you share some more details on this based on my questions below?

    1. Are you using the Unified Interface or the Legacy Web Client Interface?

    2. Please confirm the schema name of the Knowledge Article entity you are using ("knowledgearticle"?)

    3. Are you dealing with a custom relationship (I assume you created a n-n relationship between Account & Knowledge Article)

    If my assumption on 3. is correct, please check the metadata properties of this relationship.

    You can go to Customizations -> Account -> N:N Relationships -> Open the respective relationship

    You might see on the "Other Entity" area that "Display Option" is set to "Do not Display". If that is the case, you can set it to "Use Plural Name" and check if that resolved your issue.

    If that does not help: Check if there are other differences between your (working) Contact - Knowledge Article and the affected Account - Knowledge Article metadata definitions.

    make sure the relationship between contact and knowledge article is not set to "donot display".
