Add P.O. details in the email notifications in ax 2012 R3

We have a requirement where we need to insert the P.O. Header and the P.O. Line details in the workflow notification for P.O.

also, can we have the P.O> as an attachment although the P.O> is in draft or review status i.e. not yet confirmed? I ahve seent this facility in other ERPs such as oracle.

Your expert opinion is required.

    Do you mean, send the purchase order document as an attachment to the approver?

    wow, thanks again for your prompt response.

    well, I forgot to mention that I need the PO document in the email notification when the PO is submitted for approval after the purchaser creates it.

    the P.O. is in draft format still. can we send the PO document an attachment in same email notification as we are sending the LIne details?

    The Purchase order needs to be approved.

    In a real sense, you should send an email confirmation details to a vendor after it has been approved and confirm.

    In a situation where, the PO is just been prepared and you wish to send it out while it is in draft state, a customization would be required.
