Member Count on Dynamic Marketing Lists

Hi... Please help.

I have a field on the campaign record "Number of People in List" (schema: ec_numberofpeopleinlist")

I want to count the members in a dynamic marketing list related to the campaign to populate that field.

i know that a roll up field cant be used as dynamic lists are FetchXML query's.

Could you please help on how i can solve this problem?
