    Hi @Devidurga,

You have several solutions at your disposal.
    I suggest two solutions:
    1. through api
    2. through power automate and bessines event flows

    Best regards,

    Hi,

Can you specify more? Would you like them to be sent once they get created or maybe once per day?

    Hello,

There can be more than one way to achieve this for eg
    1. Uploading PDF on SharePoint, Blob storgae
    2. Developing an API integration to send PDF file to external system.

You need to add more details on whats your need to get better answers.

    Thanks for your suggestions, everyone.

We have a requirement from the customer. They're asking that whenever they create a production order from a sales order, the attached document needs to be sent to a third-party application.

I'm uncertain about how to proceed in this scenario, but they're okay with using SharePoint as the shared folder. They want the document to be sent from D365 to the third-party application whenever the production order is created. This is the condition.

    Hi Devidruga,

When you add the attachment, you can add it so that it directly goes to sharepoint if sharepoint is an option as u said
