Hi There,
We are currently implementing Dynamics 365 in our company and I would like to use the "Sales Hub" application but cannot find it under my published apps or as an option to install from the app store. I am assigned to the system administrator role and we do have a licence to use the sales module so I'm not sure what I am missing. We didn't pre-install any apps when configuring the instance, is this possibly the only time the sales hub can be installed? Currently my apps section only includes "CRM hub" and "Dynamics 365 - Custom".
Thanks,
hey!
When you're creating the instance in admin.powerplatform.com, you need to select "create a database" and then "Install dynamics 365 apps". This will allow you to select the Dynamics 365 app to deploy from a list, and you should select "Sales". IF you provision an environment with a database but you don't select the deploy D365 Apps, you won't be able to install later.
Regards,
Hi DomDom,
Can you open this page:
https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-platform/admin/manage-apps#install-an-app
I mean, maybe you can see it on the organization application page.
