Sometime the account department change the group of customer without transfer the balance to new main account so if we could link the customer account with its main account it would be helpful

there is a report in gl called transaction origin it help somehow but it talks alot of time depend on transaction we have

Hi rasheedkh.salem,

If your accounting department changes the customer group without making sure that all balances of the respective customer are cleansed you will run into issues with reconciling AR and GL with the standard reporting tools.

Why is it that they change the customer group?
